I have found that it can range from "piece of cake" and done in 1/2 hour to a full day of wrestling, hammering, cursing . . . depends on their "condition".
But DO read the "walkthrough" - FIRST. 😉
Jack stands for the rear are "safer" . . . won't need to bleed them unless you disconnect the hydraulics . . . good luck!
OH YEAH, above all else, dissassemble only ONE side at a time (that way you have a "reference" wheel) 😉
Be prepared to change the cylinders as well. When you buy the shoes you will most likely get all new springs and such as well. Pay close attention and it shouldn't be too bad.
