Car stereos and bluetooth - question

My Cingular RAZR has bluetooth capability. Can I buy an aftermarket car stereo that also has bluetooth so I can talk through my RAZR's speakerphone and hear the other person through my car's speakers?

Can this be done without having to buy an optional bluetooth unit?
 
just keep in note that most bluetooth enabled car stereo head arent actually bt-integrated..and will require a $$ add-on unit
