Car Stereo - What are some good online retailers?

I plan on putting a new stereo in my car and was wondering if you had any opinions on the following online retailers:

http://www.woofersetc.com
http://www.purecaraudio.com

They look like they have the equipment I'm interested in purchasing but not sure if they are reliable. Can anyone also recommend any other online stores? If you are interested, this is what I'm planning on putting in my car.

1. Head Unit
If I go with a DVD unit, I plan on getting the Eclipse AV8533 / AV3423 (scroll down).
If I go with a regular CD unit, I plan on getting the Eclipse CD5083 / CD8443 (scroll down).

2. Amps
I plan on running the speakers on a JL Audio 450/4.
I plan on running the subs with a JL Audio 500/1 or if I go all out, a JL Audio 1000/1.

3. Speakers
For the front speakers, I'm going to go with component speakers...something like the Focal 165K2P (K2 Power Series) or the Focal 165W (Utopia series)
For the rear speakers, they're mainly for filler sound so I don't need anything fancy...just something like the Focal 165CV (Polyglass series).

4. Subs
I'm going to get 2 subs for the system. It's either going to be 2 JL Audio 12W6v2 or 2 JL Audio 12W7...depends on which amp I go with for the subs.

You think it would be better off I go with with a B&M retailer just in case something happens to the system later down the road? I know I can save some money if I go online but is it worth it in the long run? The Focal 165W Utopia series speakers are roughly $1100-$1200 at B&M but I can save some cash if I go online...only thing that sucks about online retailers is that a lot of them don't offer extended warranty plans. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

They have the stuff they sell at BB , CC and other retailers for much cheaper.

If you want the high end stuff, you should check your local retailer. (Not CC,BB and other big chain retailers)

Unless something has changed in the past few months you CANNOT get Eclipse online with warranty.
Eclipse is the best for the buck HU out IMO. I replaced a $700 Alpine with a $250 eclipse, I lost some frills but the SQ is MUCH better.....
You should look up Eclipse dealers in your area.

You sure about that ?
even from a Authorized retailer?
Eclipse units look simple yet sophisticated 😉

do they offer an MP3 deck yet?

Their CD3413 and CD3403 decks offer MP3 playback straight out of the box I think. Their high-end DVD display units also have MP3 playback capability.
