Of course you can, but there's no reason to. You'll just have all treble (assuming high-pass x-over). So wait until you get an amp'n'subs to do any fancy stuff.
Ummmmm, excuse me? Crossovers are hi/lo/band pass. If he high passes it you filter out high notes, low pass=filter out low notes, band=filter out some high's and low's.
you have the high and low pass backwards
Low PASS-allows low notes such as bass thru...high PASS-allows high notes thru
there is no reason to crossover your 6x9's...that would be pointless...you want the full range of frequencies coming out of those
get some subs in the car...that would most likely be the only reason for an amp...unless u have really expensive 6x9's...aslo...did u replace all the factory speakers?...i have hate for factory speakers

Putting an amp on your speakers makes a big difference....a hu puts out bout 20 watts rms....put an amp on em that puts out 50 clean watts and you'll hear a big difference.
Hey BigPoppa...i recognize that quote...aren't you ilovebass?? You should've known better bout the crossovers!!
I think he meant an amp probably wouldn't be worth it if his 6x9"s were low end speakers. I don't know too much about this stuff, but I wouldn't imagine feeding lots o' power into cheap (possibly factory) speakers would make a hell of a lot of difference.
No, i'm not ilovebass. I just ripped that sig off of him.
One of the best i've seen. The other i was thinking of was
"Why stroker when ya can shocker," because i'm gonna be running
2 shocker 12's.
