I got hit from behind at the beginning of May, and just got my car back from the body shop. They replaced part of the frame in the back I think and repainted a scratched up area. The inside of the car now smells like spray paint. Is this to be expected, or should I question them on it? Thx.

Of course......... body work will take some time to cure. Once its fully cured, the smell should go away....

A body shop won't touch the "frame" of your car. If you bend the frame, your car is totalled. You don't send your totalled car to a body shop to get that fixed. Maybe they replaced body panels or something, but they won't "replace" any portion of your frame.

WTF? Your car smells like spraypaint? If your car smells like paint at all, I'd probably go back to them to fix the issue and never go back.
