Bassicly, I am trying to find a vehicle that works, and has a few pre-requisites:
2 door
under 7 grand
Decent mpg

So far I have found an
89 reatta, red 49k
a 2003 pt cruser (130k)
a 97 Lexus sc400, mint black and 113k
a 96 crx black with 160k
black 97 volvo, 89k
Any suggestions or anything?

Stay well away from the Lexus and the Volvo.

Nice cars, may be a decent deal. But if you're looking for something cheap, the reapair costs for those vechiles will make you weak in the knees. If you can do work yourself it might be worth it, but high mileage euros are a crazy breed (I've owned 3).

I would also stay away from the PT cruiser - 130k miles in 3-4 years? that car must've taken some abuse...

I think a 2 door 97-99 (or thereabouts) Accord might fit the bill. Reliability + efficiency go up while price goes down if you happen to find a manual gearbox one, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

V6 Mustang coupes are a dime a dozen for about the same age, can't comment on reliability, but I would imagine it would be what you are used to with a 98 windstar. With a V6 and a manual gearbox the mileage shouldn't be terrible.

Possibly a 2nd gen or beat 3rd gen mitsubishi eclipse.
