car renting under 25

anybody know of any car rental agencies that don't charge a hefty fee for under 25 year old drivers? i'm 21, know i can rent a car but most people put $10-$15 a day extra plus all these stupid taxes...

anyone know of any? i'm looking for something in san francisco!

yeah, i'm pretty much SOL when it comes to car rentals. someone crashed into my car, so i have no choice to get a car under my fathers name until my baby comes out of the shop.

i got one in Phx from a company that charged me $25 a day total. it was a local company (or a small one) called Quantamm Car rental. see if you can find a smaller company out there that will pick you up from the airport. i had my own insurance and i got a little Mitsu Mirage.

You are pretty much SOL, AFAIK Enterprise Rent-A-Car rents to 21-25 but they do charge an underage fee of $5-$20 per day. Some people have been successful in getting that waived.
