After reading the part about them giggling in the car as you pulled away, I hope their faces were bloody messes after hitting that wall. Chances are pretty good that those 2 jerkoffs weren't wearing any seatbelts, so it's a pretty decent shot that they did get unjured.

Good.

Yeah I was thinking the same...he rammed ya and you're thinking I hope he's not injured...you're obviously a good human being! well done!

Myself...I hope he did get injured but not permanently so...might teach him not be such an idiot....sounds like he may have been drunk.

The thing that would truly make his punishment complete is if, while he was driving like a madman to get away from you, his female passenger got all excited. And in her excitement, she decided to grace him with some vehicular oral pleasure. Which, of course made him drive more erratically, causing him to misjudge that turnoff. And, upon impacting the offending wall, his female passenger just happened to clench her teeth shut, thereby severing this moron from his "manhood".

Ah, it may not be the way things happened, but that's the way I picture it, and it makes me happy.

You guys are all overlooking the fact that ApacheXMD committed a crime by leaving the scene of an accident. If you witness an accident and leave the scene before reporting to responding officers, it can come back on you 10 fold.

And of course, the guy was a dunce 🙂

Yeah, he and the other multitude of drivers in that traffic witnessed the accident. So why is it his responsibility to report it. Besides, the other asshat had already been involved in an accident with him. So he was just getting his payback.

Good enough for him. Watch out for the morons on hospital curve on 101 north..and south come to think of it. I'seen more wrecks and stunt driver crap..I get the shivers just knowing I may have to drive thru there. Saw a Pinto rear ended by a Dodge van a few years ago on hospital curve.. and the whole works went up in a huge fireball.

No one is overlooking anything. Unless I'm mistaken CHP in california will NOT show up unless the accident has injuries. Drivers are supposed to exchange information and handle everything themselves.

Always get information in an accident :frown:
Very true. But I have a little rage problem when people ram my car. Almost the exact same thing happened to me a few weeks back. Some dude hit me and was an ass about it. I went off on him, cussed him out and if it weren't for my girlfriend who was with me, that guy would have a serious dent in his car door via my foot. But like this time, there was no real damage, so my gf told me to get back in the car. So this time I tried very hard to blow it off and not say mean things. and in the process I forgot to get the info. That and it was bumper to bumper traffic and there was no shoulder to pull onto. But mostly the forgetfulness in my attempt to not cuss. -patchy

YOu're a better person than I am. I probably woudl have beat that guys ass once I saw him laughing. When someone hits my vehicle, I have EVERY RIGHT to explode on them (verbally). I could care less how the other person feels, they hit me. (FYI - I've never hit anyone in my life, nor have I ever been pulled over).
