On my Girlfriends Acura CL, after the second time the battery was disconnected we learned the code was located under the panel of the External Fuse Box (under the hood). The first time it happened, we took it to the dealership for 15 mins, and they charged us $30 bucks for it...
Basically, you're screwed. Without the factory radio reset code, you will have to take it to the dealer. They will run the S/N, and get the code. expect ~$80.00 to get the code. It's a Honda, isn't it..
Find a friendly dealership/salvage yard. The junk yard I worked at had good ties with many dealerships and would get codes for free. Also, if it is a Honda, try 123455, I sold 3 Integra radios that had that code. It is suprisingly common.
