Car Question:

[Rock Hydra]

It seems like every time I drive through relatively deep snow, that my steering wheel starts to vibrate pretty bad. This usually lasts a day or 2 and gets noticable at about 45 MPH and gets worse the faster I go. I usually knock all the slush and ice buildup from around the wheel well before I drive, but I stil can't figure out what could be happening to make the steering wheel (and you can feel it throughout the car), vibrate so violently.

Oh yes, almost forgot. I drive a Chevy Cobalt.

You may have knocked off one of the balancing weights. Get them balanced.

Actually, I thought of that...all of them are on all of the tires.

Snow probably got stuck on the inside of the rim.

but if they have been moved they are no longer balancing the wheel correctly. Get them checked.
