Car Question (Pertaining to electrical systems...)

I was randomly searching for car parts when I came across a couple of these:

I've never really heard of such things, but it makes some sense to me... Does anyone have experience with "ground stabilizers"? Anyone willing to vote "yay" or "nay"?

If it does what it says it does, it seems like it could be a worthwhile investment (especially if you have a sound system of any form).

Thanks in advance!

It's kind of snake oil. The simple fact is that most modern cars are using lower guage wiring than would be optimal, so if you swap out all the old wiring with higher guage wiring and at the same time clean off all the grounds, you'll get the same benefits.

A single unit will _not_ help everything, you'd need to replace all the main wiring and clean all the main grounds.

Total scam.

If you notice, in the details section they don't give any type of factual information. They give "people's responses" which doesn't really have to mean anything. For all you know, those people could work at the company.

Yeah... afraid that was my immediate reaction as well... Seems like a "quick fix". People notice improvements simply because they spent money...

Feel free to keep the opinions coming nevertheless if you have something to add.
