Car paint question

[Nitemare]

I've got a 2001 Accord in black and we have been on water restrictions here(All car washes closed).

During this time a bird painted my car. I did not have a chance to get it off and now it looks like the paint underneath might be messed up. Any suggestions on how to fix or repair this?

Oh, that sucks bad. That sh!t probably had something in it that ate right through the paint. I'm not a body expert so I don't know what to do with it;(
