Car leasing question

I am thinking of leasing a new car ( I want to use the car for 3 years and then give it back so I want to avoid buying). I am thinking of a sports sedan (either bmw 330i or acura tl , maybe g35). What kind of payments can i expect (I am just wondering, I will go to test drive a few cars this weekend and get the exact idea then). I have reasonably good credit score i guess (around 740 i think).

I am just looking for a ball park figure of monthly payments ( I can put 8-10k down I guess)

wow, people here hate leases in general, but the numbers that you're talking about...you're gonna get lynched over. 😛 I'm leasing an '04 GTO because of my GM discount and the ridiculous rate I got on it...with a few thousand down (not 8-10), most of the cars you mentioned would range from $400-600 a month. Why not buy a car that's a few years old, that's still in great condition, and resell it in a few years?

With that kind of down payment you are throwing money away by leasing. You could find a sweet deal on a slightly used car with your current down, and have super low payments and actually own something when the payments were up.

To actually answer your question, I saw a lease today in the paper on a TL for $442 a month for 48 months.
