Car keyless entry remote replacement ...

I'm looking to get an additional remote control for my keyless entry. It's a sidewinder and it has this fcc id: EZSDEI476 on it.

I found it here: http://www.autotechs.com/items/item1581.htm

But it's $45 -- any idea if i can get it for cheaper?

I've also seen these on sale at ebay but with no instructions on how to program it. Anyone know where i can find instructions to program it (so it works with MY unit / i.e. match frequency or access code or whatever).
