Car jerking

I have a Vauxhall Astra mk5 2009 I've noticed when I take my foot off clutch it jerks abit even in reverse or when change gear sometime what do you think is wrong with it. Thanks.

Sounds like clutch problems to me. You probably need a rebuild kit.
