I had a flat and had to leave my car jacked up over night. It fell off the jack and the part my wheel attaches to was on the ground. Now every time I take off I have a loud squeaking/metal sound. And I have noticed when I go in reverse my car make a loud noise like metal rubbing. It isnt constant and makes me thing my wheel or something is rubbing.

Hard to say, esp since you did not say what wheel, year, make, model, etc...

Might be as simple as the dust shield on most disk brakes or soemthing really bad.

99 Toyota Avalon, and it was the front passenger wheel. And the noise when I go in reverse sounds like it is coming from the back

you bent the dust shield at a minimum, and possibly bent/broke/fvcked up the rotor too.
If you jack it up and take the wheel off, look at the thin metal behind the rotor. It may be rubbing on either the rotor, or the wheel.

This would be the first place I would look as well. Make sure the rotor doesn't have any hairline cracks.

Oh and time to buy some jack stands. ;)

For safety sake have this car looked at to make sure nothing important was f'ed up when it fell off the jack.

Seriously. I'm all for do-it-yourself stuff but the last thing you need is a slightly cracked rotor flying apart at 80mph when your wife is driving.
