Sometimes when I stop at a stop sign or whatever and take off it sounds like my brakes are still on or stuck, it doesnt always do this and if it does it stops a few seconds later. Today while driving my speedometer was hoping around all over the place and even went to zero at one point, my rpm gauge seems fine. every since I have had it when I turn hard left or right I hear a metallic clunk sound, I was told it might be a strut but not sure.

1) Likely a dragging caliper on a car that old. See if one brake/wheel is significantly warmer than the others after driving for a while.

2) Sounds like maybe a failing speedo cable if your car uses one.

3) Could be a strut. Jack it up, pop the wheel off, and grab the strut body and see if you can make it move. Could also be a sway bar end link, or even a tie-rod. Again, check by jacking the car up and looking for movement.
