Nice. Is that a Blueprint driver or Adire driver??
Adire...Brahma 15 😀 Got it in wednesday - got lucky since they've been on backorder and other people have waited months or still waiting.

Another box I built is my HT sub: here

and a temp box I built in a couple hours: here

Bracing for the top, bottom, and back, and a motor support. The sub weighs 43lbs and I'm only using a 3/4" baffle, so I think it's necessary...it's for my car

damn, an adire for the car? talk about some hard hits!

i'm very jealous!
and post me/pm me some specs on that ht sub box? i need to make myself one sometime very soon!

That is massive!! Jeez and i thought the Klipsch subs were nice. Nice job... how would one of those compare to one of the Mcintosh (not sure how to spell them so hopefully youll know what im talking about).

Awesome, wtg! How complicated is it to learn to build these? Not the carpentry, the sound part.
Not toooo bad. Check out WinISD www.linearteam.org for calculating port properties and volume. Biggest problem for me is figuring out a good port area/length and then factoring the displacement of volume the port takes up out of the entire box volume. Port and volume determine the tune - if you change the port length you change the volume so you have to recalculate all the time...

No idea 😛

Finished putting it in (barely fit)...couple more pics on the page. Also got my alpine 9833 installed and it's sweeet. Going to mount my amps to the back of my seat tomorrow and get everything tied down 🙂

More pics of the Accord😛

Seriously, that's a sweet box. If only you put that much effort into keeping your car clean😛

nice u going to carpet it or just leave it like that? here s my trunk : http://www.sounddomain.com/memberpage/672984/2
Honestly, it wouldn't fit into my trunk if I carpeted it :\ As it is, I had to take out the trunk carpet, floor, and spare tire and then still had to whack on the box a little to get it to go in. That was one mistake on my part 😛

Nice lookin setup you have. I've got the CL-62's w/1" silk tweets up front, pics of the install
here. Got some knukonceptz wiring also and am looking at the 6x's for rear fill as well. Got the 62's for $165 shipped and can get the 6X's for $45 shipped...not bad.

I live down a dirt road unfortunately, so my car gets dirty after two days, especially since I don't have a garage either so it gets wet in the morning. Here's a pic on a good day 😛 Yes it's bland, no I'm not gonna do anything about it...171k miles, auto, some body dings, etc...not worth putting anything into it that I can't pull out 😉

Eh, its not particularly bland. Not like mine has tons of appearance mods. Looks to be in pretty good shape anyway:thumbsup:
