As I was pulling in, getting back with my lunch (went our for pick-up), I got out of my car and turned around and saw a green chevy truck with the passenger door open. Nobody was apparrently around, so I walked over and l peeked in the window (on the driver's side - no touchy the scene) and saw nobody there. I didn't look @ the radio or anything (so I dunno if it was gone), but I went to the front desk and told security. I was sitting in the courtyard a few minutes later and the security guy walked by and told me that it had indeed been 'busted into'.

:(:(

I went back out after that and pulled the face off my radio (it's a POS but it looks nice, and I can't afford to replace it), plus I don't need my car broken into.

happened to me about 6 months ago. In downtown St. Louis, walking back to car from work around 6pm, walked up to it and glass was everywhere, cd's gone, radar detector gone, stereo gone, subs gone, but they didn't touch the custom work i did on my freshly installed Focal components.

I'm just glad it wasn't me (and I hope they catch the dirty fsck that did it).

last year some time i walked out to my car parked on a busy street, found glass everywhere from my drivers side door, subs and amp gone. so it was like $500 subs, $140 window iirc

so then i call the cops and while standing there all pissed off a huge thunderstorm comes. so now i'm soaked, my car is soaked, and the cop finally shows up. he's soaked and doesn't feel like writing a report since it's just a waste of my time.

agh, i'm just pissing myself off thinking about it

Another reason to stay factory. I love the sound of crisp/clean subs and speakers but it's just not worth the potential hassle to me anymore.

My car looks like crap, and I have absolutely nothing of value. I'm considering putting a note in my car somewhere that says, "Congrats, you just broke into a car with nothing of value in it. Kudos to you, jackass."

No, I think my innuendo was over your head once again.

Most people wouldn't post about someone elses car being broken into if it was some random poerson at work, that's pretty random.

Clearly, I did. Why would I post about my own car and then not bitch about it being my car?

Alright, I'm done replying to threadcraps by either you or SampSon.

Here I'll outline it for you, I know it's hard to understand.

I was making a joke about you coming on ATOT and posting about this instead of talking about your coworkers with it. That's what coworkers usually do.

Now, stop whining about thread crapping. I'm only adding to the pile of crap you call a post.
