Car folks, is this rotor ok to install?

I ordered brakes and rotors for my car, and one of them has a small gouge on the part that goes on the axle. I attached a picture. Is this ok to install, or should I ship it back and get another one?

Yeah, should be fine - if you're a clumsy klutz like me, you'll do worse than that just trying to install them.

I got Centric premium rotors, and Akebobo brake pads. So far this combo has served me well.
