Every couple of years, I have to get it down this year.

Frame damage=bad!!! Sounds a little more serious than just a scratched bumper.
 
THe only mandatory inspection in Ontario is the emissions test. Other than that i don't think there's any inspection.

In my state you can fail for....ummm...oh yeah thats right we don't have inspection! Although we should if you see some of the beat up on cavaliers with duct taped windows and mufflers dragging the ground.
