Which is faster at the quarter mile and which is faster top speed - 2005 models.

2005 is the F430, not the 360. It does the 1/4 in 11.7@123 (C&D)
MSN lists the Turbo S at 12.75@113, so expect it to be atleast as fast as that. (still looking for a more accurate number)

Edit:
C&D lists the non-turbo at 12.6@112. So I'd guess low 12's-high 11s with another 90HP. A small win for the Ferrari.

The 911 GT3 runs 12.3@114. (still N/A)
911 Turbo cabriolet (convertible, semi-automatic transmission) 12.2@116
