Car cd-players with wireless CDDB?

Now all these inventions with GPS's and the like in new cars but is there such thing as a wireless CDDB for your cd-player? I think that would be sweet. For burned cds, there's CD-TEXT but when I throw in a store-bought cd I miss seeing the song title! Is that possible for cars?

You can buy audio cd's from the store, damn?

But really most cd players allow you to program the tracks and all in but i know you want something easier like the cd text. I have looked around and even the higer cost cd players 700+ don't have anything close.
