My convertible got broken into while I was up in Tahoe this weekend. :|
The funny thing is, they didn't take anything.
They removed the screws from the steering column casing, to get at the cables to hotwire the car. But they did not do anything. Did not even remove the steering column casing enough to get at the wires.
My theory is that while starting to remove the steering column casing, they noticed the odometer:
208,000 MILES
They didn't even steal my change bag full of quarters (like $6-$8).
Damn, could have used the insurance money!
Cheers!
