Car audio question...

I recently helped a friend move, so I took my sub and amp out. When I put them back in, the sub will not play. The amp is still powering up though. The wiring and everything is the exact same, so I'm not sure what's wrong. Anyone have an idea why? Thanks

Ya i double checked the head unit, to make sure I didn't turn it off from there. Yes, it's connected correctly to the HU. Everything was working perfect until I took equipment out and put it back in.. 😕

Use a multimeter to see if you are getting voltage out of the speaker output on the amp to your sub.

check your ground AND remote wire. Also, hook a normal speaker up to the amp to verify that the sub wasn't damaged.

Did you leave the sub plugged in while you had the speaker disconnected? If you did then it's possible you may have shorted the outputs of the amp.
