car audio question

I have a Pioneer TS-W304C (12") sitting on my floor right now. I plan to have a car within the next couple of weeks - so what I want to know is, what should I look for in the audio department to go with the pioneer sub? Should I pair it with a second identical one? What kind of enclosure/box should I look for? custom made? what kind of amp and receiver should I look for?

basically i want the best quality at the lowest price (I got this sub as a gift and I want to put together the best combination for it)

i don't know that much about car audio (or any audio for that matter). I don't care much for "flashiness" factor, so I don't care if it's not bling bling or "cool" or whatever, I just want something that's gonna deliver good sound and not tear my wallet apart. how much does a typical decent sub + box + amp + receiver + setup cost? am I looking at about $1000-1200?

any advice appreciated! thanks

Something like 1-1.5cf sealed will do fine, if you want a bit more "punchiness", somethin like 0.75-1cf would be a better choice.

I'd give it a max of ~250watts RMS. So look for a quality amp in that price range. Nothing and worstbuy/circuit shitty.
You should be spending $100-$200 for the amp.
