Car Audio Question: I think I got a shoddy install

So I really screwed up. I order
a US Acoustics 2080 Amplifier,A Knutzconcepts Amp Installation Kit (4 Gauge), and some Infinity Reference 605cs Components for my Honda CR-V along with dynamat speaker kits.

I got lazy and really didn't feel like ripping the whole car apart to install all this stuff so I had a local car audio shop do it to the tune of $150.

Here are the problems.

1. I hear a high pitched noise when I speed up, and background hiss all the time.
(I think this is due to them running the RCA and power wires together. They are coming out of the same hole)

2. I asked them to flush mount the tweaters, and they didn't do so.

3. They used thier own speaker wire instead of the huge roll of Knutz Concepts 12ga that was sitting right on the back seat.

What should I ask them to do? And what do they do if they give me crap??

Tell them you want it fixed (at no cost). If they give you crap, ask to speak to the manager. And so on....

1. That sounds like a ground loop. You are hearing the alternator noise. Check where they grounded the amp. I also had faulty pre-outs once in my Clarion HU and they caused noise too. To test if it's because the RCA's are running along the power, just try moving them and
see what happens.

I hate how car audio is such a shady business sometimes. That's why I tend to do the installs on my own.

show them you know your stuff, always remain polite, and if you really think you got screwed, then report them to the BBB

I think you answered your own question. Power is not supposed to be run with RCAs. In most cars you run RCA on one side and the power on the other
