Car Audio: Pick me a amp!

I really want a class d amp, but can't find any I like. So for now I'm looking at a MTX 6152. Any thoughts on that amp? I can probably get it for $150.00 used, depending on how much the guy wants for it.

So yah, help me pick a amp for my new system. The amp will be used only for one 12" sub which I have yet to decide on.

MTX is good stuff.
I'd personally grab a used Soundstream or Orion Xtreme/HCCA/Cobalt off eBay, but that's my opinion
