It seems logical to me that mp3s stored on DVD would be a sensible step in car audio technology. Both technologies are mature and should be relatively easy to implement. 8.5 Gbs (Dual Layer) of mp3's would be a huge chunk of my collection on just one disk. A 10 disk changer would probably hold every CD I own. It's odd also that DVD players that play mp3s will only play them off of CD-R's. Maybe I'm missing something, does anyone know if anything like this exists besides in my imagination
