Car Audio Installation guides?

Anyone know of any guides? I wanna put a sub and amp in my system that already has an Alpine CDA-7893.

Thanks.

Edit: this is going in a montero sport

Run power from battery to positive on amp. Use an inline fuse about 18" from the battery.
Run ground from amp to chassie or negative on battery.
Run a set of RCA's from the amp to your CD player.
Run a small remote turn on wire from the amp to the CD player.
Run speaker wires from amp to the sub.
Adjust gains/settings on amp.
Don't run the RCA's or speaker wire along with the power, it will just induce noise.
8guage wire should be fine for a small amp/sub combo, use 4guage if you plan on upgrading in the future.
Make sure your wiring (parellel/series) reflects the proper ohm load your sub will put on the amp.

Also, the likelyhood that you're goin to find a guide customised for your vehicle is slim to non. Stop by a messageboard dedicated to your car, usually some members have done a detailed writeup on the installation, but almost everything you need to know is in the link I posted above. Now you just need to know how to get under your carpet, etc. Every amp installation is different, so there are no definitive manuals made for them.
