Bridge the rear channels of the amp and hook to the sub wired in series and run the front two channels to the components =

Definitely bridge the amp but wouldn't you want the dual voice coils of the sub wired in paralell? Otherwise you're not getting an even amount of power to each voice coil.

Edit: Ah nevermind. Looking at that amp you're running, it's 4 ohm 450W bridged. So if you've got a dual 2ohm sub, you gotta wire it in series to get 4ohms.

For my setup I've got a Pioneer deck with 50x4 running the door speakers. For my sub setup, I've got an Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1d and a Cadence A5+HC bridged running at 600W. Alternator wasn't keeping up so I picked up a yellow top and put in a half farad Audiobahn cap. Still getting some headlight dimming at the higher volumes so I'm thinking about going for a 1 farad cap.
