I'd have to say Clifford, I got a Matrix 2 for $400 installed including the trunk release pin and all the other goodies from my local Car Toys.

That may be overkill for your truck, I drive the most stolen car in America (Honda Accord). I'm not sure how difficult installation is but I'm sure it's possible.
