The fact that they all drive like it's the wild west, and there are some videos that show a bunch of near misses but no wrecks at the time (like above) does not = better drivers. They're just used to not driving with rules, which means everyone has to try to squeeze around however they can. It's really much like driving in Tehran or Mumbai for that matter. Even a lot of cities in Mexico are utterly insane to drive in. I'd say the best drivers are in Germany and Scandinavia, with the USA being purely average.
