That's happened to me twice..but I haven't been hit. Fortunately, they were fairly wide open intersections.. Even if it's illegal, I honestly don't care -- if someone's dying and they need an ambulance, I don't care about a traffic law..I'm not going to sit there for two minutes until the light changes.
