capturing video advice needed

i have a sony video camera that has the red, yellow and white outputs. Ive been told that i can buy a video card and software and be able to capture the video.

Any suggestions on what brand to get? i dont want to spend a lot of money.

and any advice or pointers on do's and dont's??

I like my set up, and it will capture with your composite video(rca cable). It comes with the software and cables you need, I paid $249 for the card. You may have to upgrade your hardware which would increase the cost considerably.
