Capturing Problem with ASUS V6800 card

Hello,
I have a problem with capturing analog video with the ASUS V6800 video card.
I have connected my VCR into my PC and want to start capturing. Then the problem accurrs the there is no connection found to a driver.
So I reinstalled all the drivers that came with the video card, restarted the pc but nothing happens. It keeps telling me that there is no driver connection.
Does anyone know this problem?

Could it also be a problem that my VCR is sending out PAL signal and that the card might be on NTSC?

I realy hope someone can help me!
