capture mpeg with MX-400a

I just bought a new Aopen Geforce2 MX-400A. I can't find any setting any where that will let me capture video in MPEG on the fly like my ATI TV Wonder. The card supports WDM Capture: Win 98SE/ME/2000 - and I have WinDVR that comes with it.

Any idea how I start capturing video?
