Capture Fax BVRP

All our laptops at work have a printer installed that is called CAPTURE FAX BVRP. It's just used to print to the modem and then dial out and send a fax. Problem is we have someone that deleted that printer and now we can't figure out how to add it back in.

This is Windows 2000. Anyone know how to reinstall whatever software will put that printer back in there? THe properties on my own laptop say that the port being used is C:\Winnt\Capture which is a folder that doesn't exist on my system so we're all a bit confused.
