I have a gaming laptop i take places, as well as a wii. I use them both a lot, but some times i think it would be convenient if my M11x functioned as a monitor for my consoles. in the past when i used to try this, i had a lot of lag from controller to action on the screen. would i call that input lag? any way, any one know how i can do the whole monitor is a TV thing (not a DVR) and have it behave as though there no delay between my controller input and what i see and hear? Thanks in advance. also, if its not possible, and you know it, that would be helpful too. It means i would focus on more likely solutions.

Not likely - the lag will drive you nuts. The lag is unavoidable without spending a ton of money on something, and it won't be on your laptop. Easiest to lug another small monitor IMO.

Ooooh.

It's a Hauppauge though... how do we know it won't crash 4 times a day?
