whats the best firewire capture card i can get for $100 or less?

I just got a Studio DV and it is very nice. The software that it comes with is really nice...not as good as Adobe but easy to use.

I have a MiniDV camcorder. If I get Studio DV, is this enough or do I need other software/hardware?
