I am looking for a capture card that has IR Blaster capabilities. I have a Directv STB that I understand cannot be used in conjunction with a TV tuner card. I am really just looking to view TV on my computer monitor with remote capabilities (onscreen remote is ok). I am not too interested in the capture capabilities. I see some "bells and whistle" cards for about $150 but I really just need something simpler or "cheaper".
