Capture and Win2k

I'm looking for a seperate tv-tuner/capture card that will work in Win2k. I don't want an AIW or something, something completely seperate, like the Voodoo TV100 or something. I would prefer not to get a 3Dfx one because I will not likely upgrade it for a very long time and there will be no more drivers for any new OSes. Also, I'm a little confused, there are quite a few different variets of cards that do stuff like this, is there a difference between a TV tuner and a capture card etc etc?? I could use a complete lowdown on this stuff, maybe someone has a link to a guide?Sorry if this is just a total newbie post, but your advice and knowledge would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
