Is there a tool that will allow me to capture a video stream (IE/Chrome browser) from a website for viewing at a later time offline.

I don't see the announcement anymore at the top of the forum but I think it's now against the forum rules to talk about programs that do this.

I know that AT frowns on YouTube downloading; streaming seems to be a different beast
