I also want to know this. I don't even care about the high heels and underwear part, I just hate how characters look in that game. Is there some mod that replaces the stock meshes and skins with ones that look like humans?

LOL...yeah, they all seem to have ugly heads. Some of the dudes look passable....but even if you try you can't really make a female character that looks anything more then "fairly homely".

There are probably thousands of available user-created mods for Oblivion that replace textures and substantially modify how characters look, ai behaves, so on and so forth. Dennilfloss has dozens of these installed, so viola, a completely customized experience.

You can get hot nekkid characters in a matter of minutes if you are motivated to do that sort of thing.
