Captain Morgan original vs Private stock

Never had the "private stock", whats the difference in taste between original and this? I know the silver spiced is a bit fruitier, but never never tasted private stock.

Speaking of alcohol, is there a difference between the black and gold labeled stuff. I've never had the stuff but I'm interested in trying something different. Something really well aged and smooth. Any suggestions?

IMO, the private stock has a stronger flavor and is smoother than regular captain morgan.
