Capslock notification

Just today, whenever i hit capslock or numlock i get a little notification that pops up above the clock.
Does anyone know how to turn this notification off?
Any idea on how it got turned on?

The only thing i have installed recently is a Bluetooth adaptor, but i dont think it started doing it until today. I installed the bluetooth about a week ago.

Any help is appreciated!
 
This is a complete shot in the dark, but do you have any of those pesky Office demons running in the background?
 
turn off the auto-hide on the notification area.

See if the capslock bubble is really popping up over a particular icon.
 
No, i dont have office demons, and its not popping up above any specific icon, its about a 1/4 of an inch above the taskbar.
 
Heres an idea i remember when i use to install logitech software for my keyboard it would give me display messages when i hit cap lock or w/e maybe the messages are from software that you might be using for your keyboard.

This sounds like the most likely case to me, except that logitech's software (and my parent's eMachine) displays big green text at the bottom center of the screen.
