Caps on Mobo.

I would like to know what is inside a capacitor. Are there any liquid? One of my caps, seems like something spilled from the side (but now, it's blackened, solid). Mobo still working.

I just found out that MSI carries 3 yrs. warranty for their boards (thought only a year for warranty).
