Haha - I remember those commercials!

Actually good espresso machines don't make the "ssshhuushhhhhhhing" sound. That sound is made by steam machines, which can only brew with 2-3 barr of pressure. The ideal pressure for espresso is ~9 barr.

If you're really serious about making espressos, I wouldn't get this.
