The preview alone shows it's nothing more than a 2-hour straw man. Presenting capitalism as big banks in collusion with government, and bashing it. MM has made a lot of money selling his shit to morons.

Capitalism and communism are both very flawed, and very susceptible to corruption. That said, I'd take capitalism every time.

The best way to protect capitalism is by robust, transparent, and balanced regulation on practices, with low to moderate taxation. Unfortunately for everyone, we don't get that.

That is how capitalism works as long as we don't regulate our government to prevent it.

Moore's garbage is like porn for the far-left. I wouldn't doubt it if the trailer made some of them reach for the Jergens.

Hum, even as an ardent supporter of the Second Amendment, I thought Bowling for Columbine raised many respectable points. Best I can tell, only far-right wingnuts get bent out of shape over Moore, and mostly just because they are frothing at the mouth too hard to understand his positions.

Columbine Columbine? Wasn't that a mass killing in a school diagnosed as having been caused by competitiveness where a few losers taught some winners there's more to the game than meets the eye?

Which morons? The ones that had only just recently been chanting, "Get out of the way and let the markets work?"

Wait, are you denying that Wall St. is colluding with the government?

Hmm... you do know that Wall St. contributes vast amounts of money to politicians to help them get elected.... I wonder why.

I will definetly see this one. Because I am sure Michael Moore won't mind me downloading via torrents and watching it at home when it comes out.

Normally I can't stand Michael Moore. But if this movie begins depicting the outrage that SHOULD be felt by the American people, then I am for it.

This is the largest fleecing of the American populous ever contrived by the government and big companies.....

The huge Wall St. firms have our country by the balls and they will not let go until America goes bankrupt or someone stops them. I doubt someone will stop them. The amounts of money spent on the bailouts are astronomical, and yet people are just so fucking complacent its not even funny. I have been writing my Reps once a week, to start investigating these companies and start putting people in jail. Until that happens, business as usual.

Only Moore movie I've seen is Sicko. I thought it was somewhat interesting but poorly done; it isn't real journalism but it does pretend it is and people often buy into it like it is. It simply isn't professional or objective.

Moore starts with a conclusion and then builds a case to fit that conclusion. His movies are entertaining at best, generally to those who've also concluded already what he has.

Anyhow, I'd never see a documentary in a theater.

"There's gotta be some kind of a rebellion between the people that have nothin' and the people that's got it all." said by a fat guy demoing his shotgun on the trailer. Classic.

Any "valid points" he makes are the exception, not the rule. I am definitely not a "far-right wingnut," and I still think Moore's a total douchebag -- along with anyone else who might fit in at Dailykos.

The only problem with this is that I highly doubt that the film will demonstrate much guilt or fault, if any, on the part of the Government. $10 says Moore makes the free market out to be the ONLY villain in the equation.

We'll have to wait and see what happens when the film comes out, but I bet I'm right.
