Cap Windows XP upload/download speed?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if it's possible to cap the upload/download speed of a Windows XP Pro machine? In other words limiting uploads to say 10KB max, for instance. Possibly by a registry setting?

I am told in Win2k you can restrict speeds in group policy editor, run gpedit.msc....I'm not sure if this will work in XP but you may want to give it a try.

Install a web traffic control program. I have Netlimiter and it has always worked for me.
